If you go to Blockbuster and rent a movie it can cost a minimum of $5.30. If you rent at least four movies a week the total comes to around $20 a month. That only covers four movies that will you have to return on time within a week.
As downloadable movies became more and more popular so did the technology to access them. As a young adult, I had thought we had reached the height of technology when I saw that CD. I was so mistaken and it would only be a few years later that I would feel like that again.
Recently, Apple has been out doing itself with the various Ipods that have been releasing. They have the Ipod classic, nano, touch and I am sure many more. Ipod products play music, sound bytes and yes! They can even play downloadable movies.
So, if you are looking for one to put some movies on, what are some of the products that you can buy? How much can you plan on spending? How hard is it to put movies that you downloaded on your Ipod?
The most recent release is the Ipod Touch. There are endless amount of option with this but for movies, this is the product to have. All your movies can be watched in color and wide screen.
Having a product like this is great for car rides, waiting for people or just plain boredom. The really neat thing about this product is you can sync it with your computer and load and unload movies in seconds and be on the go. With up to 16 GBs of memory, you can watch a lot of your downloaded movies on it.
When you select your movie online that you want to watch then, Netflicks goes the extra mile and offers a selection that is similar to the movie you are about to watch. They also compile a list of all the movies you watched, how much of the movie you watched and the date you watched it.
There are some problems with movie download sites. Because you are dealing with copy write problems, there are a lot of dead links that you will click on. You will sometimes be redirected to a page that has nothing to do with the movie.
Another product that Apple has released was the Iphone. While it does not have the same movie features as the Ipod touch, it does have excellent internet abilities. With the Iphone, you can access movie sites and not have to worry about loading the movies.
Netflicks has also teamed with Xbox live to reach gamers. If you have this console then you too can watch instant movies on your television. Alls you have to do is go onto the Netflicks website, add a movie to you library and it instantly pops-up pm your console.
It is weird to think that we can now carry our downloaded movies around in our pockets. It is weird to think that we can stop a movie clip from the internet to answer the phone with the same product. Once again I say that it cannot get any better than this.
